1. We'll check if the course you selected is available
   Contact us and indicate the programme and accomodation (only adults) you wish.
   We'll inform you within 24 hrs (except weekends)
   
   
2. Your selected programme and period is available : booking procedure
   • Register "on line"
   • Download the registration form and send it in by mail, fax or e-mail.
   • If you prefer it, we can send you a brochure with registration form by mail or fax.
     
     Upon receipt of your registration form, we¹ll send you a written confirmation with our bank details which will allow you to transfer the deposit. Your registration will be valid upon receipt of your deposit.
     
     
3. Payment of the balance and information on your course
   About six weeks before start of your course you will receive from us :
   • an invoice indicating the deposit you have made and the balance that is still to be settled. There will also be a note indicating the charges for accomodation at the course centre.
   • all practical information related to your programme.
