CONDITIONS
General conditions
- Your registration will be valid upon receipt of the signed order form and of the deposit.
- The number of participants per course is limited. For the weekend-options a minimum 4 participants is required.
- CREA-Langues reserves the right to cancel a course or to refuse a registration. In that case, the advance payments for registration that have been done will be fully refunded.
Cancellation conditions
If you have to cancel your course, you owe us :
- if you cancel more than 60 days before the start of your course: 80,-€ for administration costs.
- if you cancel between 59 and 30 days before the start of your course: the deposit.
- if you cancel within 29 days before the start of your course: the full amount of the course is due.
Cancellations have to be done in writing (e-mail, fax or letter). You can always suggest us another participant replacing you without supplementary costs.
For EU-inhabitants, it is possible to take a cancellation insurance through us (see below)
Cancellation insurance
People who live in a EU-country can take a cancellation insurance via us. This has to be done at the moment of the registration. Price : 4,8 % of the course amount.
People who live outside the EU can arrange a cancellation insurance with a local insurance broker, or sometimes it comes with your credit card.
