CONDITIONS

General conditions

- Your registration will be valid upon receipt of the deposit and of the signed copy of the "bon de commande".
- The number of participants per course is limited.

CREA-LANGUES reserves the right to cancel a course or to refuse a registration. In that case, the advance payments for registration that have been made, will be fully refunded.

- Every participant engages himself to respect following important rules :
1. to contribute to a good group spirit and to make substantial efforts to speak French all the time ;
2. to follow the instructions given by our teachers and instructors;
3. not to bring, use, buy or sell alcohol or drugs;
4. to smoke only when the parents have given their prior conscent (not allowed for the junior-programmes);
5. to fill out as careful as possible the "medical follow up" file in order to give CREA-LANGUES the opportunity to assure the individual follow up of the participant

Not following the above rules will authorize us to expel the participant from the group, transport home will be at the expense of the parents or tutor.

- If by circumstances beyond our control a proposed activity cannot be arranged, CREA-LANGUES reserves the right to replace the activity.
- CREA-LANGUES declines responsability in case of lost af valuable items (Phones, Ipods...)
- It is forbidden to bring portable computers or portable DVD readers to the course centre.
- by signing the registration form, you agree with our general conditions and cancellation conditions.

Cancellation conditions

In case you have to cancel your course, you owe us :
- if you cancel more than 60 days before the start of your course: 60 € administration costs ;
- if you cancel between 59 and 30 days before the start of your course : the deposit of 400 €
- if you cancel within 29 days before the start of your course: the full amount is due

Cancellations have to be done in writing.
You can always suggest another participant to take your place, without supplementary costs.
EU-citizens can ask for a cancellation insurance upon registration (see below).

Cancellation insurance

People who live in a EU-country can take a cancellation insurance via us. This has to be done at the moment of the registration.

Price : 4,8 % of the course amount. The policy and conditions will be sent to you together with our confirmation.
People who live outside the EU can arrange a cancellation insurance with a local insurance broker, or sometimes it comes with your credit card.

Insurance

CREA-LANGUES is covered for civil liability of direction, team and participants.
In case of an accident for which CREA-LANGUES is not responsible, our insurance will cover permanent invalidity. However, medical charges will have to be covered by the personal insurance of the participant.
Loss or theft of personal belongings are not covered.
