A sparkling mix of discovery, action and creative activities

Period : July and August
Maximum number of participants : 20 + 2 French teens
Supervision : 3 members of the CREA-LANGUES-team, 1 coordinator and professional sports instructors.
Programme in a nutshell :
Mornings: language workshop (3 hrs/day).
Afternoons: creative workshops, local discovery, sailing, rock climbing, canoeing, adventure park, 2 day excursions: Canyon du Verdon + lake district, Côte d’Azur

Discover Provence

You'll go exploring the most beautiful region of France with your group and guides! You can horseback ride through the hills of Aurabelle; canoe through the "Basses Gorges" of the Verdon River; and meet crafts people in the artist village Moustiers Ste Marie. You’ll swim in turquoise lakes and go rock climbing along the slopes of St-Julien. Learn to juggle, play an African jembé drum and perform circus acts!

Two full-day excursions will take you to Côte d’Azur, where you can swim and sunbathe, and to the astounding French Grand Canyon, the "Gorges du Verdon".

And if you ever find yourself with nothing to do, back on campus join in on a game of volleyball, ping pong or basketball, take a dip into the pool or a siesta in a giant hammock chatting with your new friends... the choice is yours!

Learn French while having fun

In the mornings you will attend French "ateliers". No grammar texts or boring theory, but practical lessons in speaking French the way it is spoken in France.

You'll learn on horseback, at the markets in Riez-la-Romaine and at the beach in Bandol Côte d’Azur).

In no time you’ll acquire the vocabulary you need to speak and be understood.

Cozy evenings

At night, the activities don't end. Play theatre games, join a hip-hop dance party, or "bivouac" (open-air camping) under a starry sky at Lake Esparron. Of course, your group leaders join in everything!

Do you ride well or are you a beginner?

What better place to hone your skills or start a new sport than in the Provençal hills?

Take 4 sessions of riding at the local stable under the guidance of professionally trained instructors and learn French will tacking-up and in the saddle.

I just wanted to let you know that both Alex and Anna had an absolutely wonderful time this summer at CREA-LANGUES. They both made new friends and spoke lots of French and came back keen to do it again next year. Alison Chase, who is one of my students, also had a wonderful experience.
