THE JOURNEY

START AND END OF THE COURSE

The course begins on the first day at 19h00 and ends on the last day at 12h. Arrivals and departures have to take place on the first and on the last day.

ACCOMPANIED GROUP JOURNEY BY TGV from Gent(Belgium) and Lille (France)

225 € to and fro - 135 € one way

Including permanent presence of CREA-LANGUES-team, TGV tickets & transfers from and to the course centre.

Departure from GENT (Belgium) or LILLE Europe (France) , on the first day of the course (in the morning from Gent - early afternoon from Lille Europe)
Returning to LILLE Europe (France) or GENT (Belgium), on the last day of the course (evening).

JOURNEY BY CAR TO THE COURSE CENTRE

Arrival : the first day of the course, between 15 h (3 pm) and 19 h (7 pm).
It is possible to arrive earlier that day. Extra meal at noon : 10 € - evening meal is included.

Departure : the last day of the course at 12 h (noon)
At the latest 6 weeks before the start of the course, we will send you complete practical information, including a detailed road description to the course centre.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE BY PLANE or TRAIN, individually arranged by you

We organize group transfers or individual transfers from/to the airport of Marseille-Provence and the railway station of Aix-en-Provence TGV.
Other possibilities are : railway station Marseille St.Charles and Nice airport but we don’t organize transfers from there (please contact us for this).

TIME TABLE GROUP TRANSFERS :

. Marseille-Provence airport
ARRIVAL : : the first day transfer at 14 h (2 pm) and again at 18 h (6 pm).
A team member from CREA-LANGUES will be there 30 min. before the given time to collect the participants and to accompany them to the course centre at 14h and again at 18h. You will receive detailed instructions where to wait for our team member before your journey.
DEPARTURE : the last day you will be at the check-in at 13h30 (1.30 pm).
A team member from CREA-LANGUES will assist you with your check-in till 17 h (5 pm).

. Aix-en-Provence TGV station ARRIVAL : the first day transfer at 15 h (3 pm) and again at 18 h (6 pm).
A team member from CREA-LANGUES will be there 30 min. before the given time to collect the participants and to accompany them to the course centre. You will receive detailed instructions where to wait for our team member before your journey.
DEPARTURE : the last day you will be at Aix-en-Provence TGV station at 13 h (1 pm)
A team member from CREA-LANGUES will accompany you to your departure gate, but will not wait till the departure of the train.

INDIVIDUAL TRANSFER :

Only from Aix-en-Provence TGV and Marseille aiport. We can organize an individual transfer if your arrival or departure takes place outside the hours of the group transfer. As the individual transfer is for one person, there are no waiting times at the airport or station.
In case a student arrives in the morning : an extra meal can be served at noon : 10 €. The evening meal is included.

(*) individual transfer charges can be shared by participants who are travelling together.

TRAVELING AS "UNACCOMPANIED MINOR"

Parents can contact the airline and book their child to travel as "unacccompanied minor". This way, they pay the airline company for the service to have their child escorted by the crew. CREA-LANGUES will charge a supplement of 50,-€ to escort an accompanied minor, for the extra services we render :
Upon arrival : a team member from CREA-LANGUES presents his accreditation to the airline company and takes over the escorted person.
Upon departure : : CREA-LANGUES staff accompanies the client through security check till the gate and stays in stand-by at the airport till 30 minutes after take-off. In case your child travels as "unaccompanied minor" we need to know this at least 2 weeks before the start of the programme. We’ll give you the name and ID of the person from our team who will pick up your child a few days before travelling date.

TRAVELING ALONE

A child traveling alone will need to carry an international passport. Youngsters who do not have a passport, need to have their identity card with them, together with a letter, certified by your local authorities, that the child can travel alone.

TRAVEL DETAILS

We need detailed travel information at least 14 days before arrival/departure :
-place, day and time arrival/departure, flight/train number, coming from…
-mobile phone number of person(s) to collect /bring (if available)
-please keep us informed about any changes and inform us about any important delays at departure
-no meals or drinks will be on charge of CREA-LANGUES at airport/station upon arrival/departure
