GENERAL INFORMATION – ALL PROGRAMMES
THE PRICES INCLUDE
The course fee includes :The lessons in the morning, didactical material, syllabus, individual monitoring, permanent presence of staff. -The afternoon programme (lessons or activities), evening programme, guest speakers, local transport, internet access. - Administrative costs, insurance (civil liability & accidents), reservation of the accommodation.
Course prices are not subject to VAT. CREA-Langues is exempted from VAT.
The price for accommodation includes :
- Stay in a spacious room with bathroom and toilet (single or double)
- Full board lodging : breakfast, lunch and dinner (wine, coffee/tea incl.), packed lunches for the excursions, coffee/tea during the breaks ; internet access, Wifi, swimming pool, bikes as your disposal, sports facilities
- VAT and lodging taxes are included.
Le monastère de Ségriès has been awarded 3 "corn cobs" by the "Gîtes de France", which guarantees a high standard of accommodation and food.
Supplements per night, on Sunday before and/or Friday night after the course. Price per person and per night.
- Extra night with breakfast: respectively 41 € in a double and 73 € in a single.
- Extra night half board : respectively 61 € in a double and 93 € in a single.
ARRIVALS - DEPARTURES
2 week courses start on Monday at 9 am and end on Friday at 4 pm
For all individual arrivals by plane or train, it is preferable to arrive on Sunday evening and to leave on Saturday morning.

PROPOSED TRANSFERS
BEFORE THE COURSE
Transfer from Aix-TGV station (°) and airport Marseille on Sundays (price: 40 €)
- Marseille airport (Marignane) : 5.45 pm (do not book any flight landing after 5 pm)
- Aix- TGV (°): 6.15 pm (do not book any train arriving after 6 pm)
More details will be joined with booking file one month before the start of the programme.
AFTER THE COURSE
Transfer to Aix TGV station and Marseille-Marignane airport (price: 40 €)
Arrival at airport and station on Saturday at 10 am.(do not book any flight leaving before 11.30 am)
(°) Aix-TGV is the TGV-station 18 km outside the city of Aix-en-Provence.
There are regular coaches between the city and Aix-TGV.
INDIVIDUAL TRANSFER AND SERVICES
Individual transfers outside our group transfers, renting a car, hotel reservation : information upon request.
