The course fee includes :
- All lessons, didactical material, syllabus, permanent presence of staff;
- Leisure programme afternoon activities, evening programme, guest speakers, local transport, excursions, accompanied activities and equipment;
- Administrative costs, insurance (civil liability and accidents), reservation of accommodation.
The price for accommodation includes :
- Stay in double or single rooms (bathroom with shower or bath & toilet);
- Full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner, wine with all meals ; coffee/tea after meals and during the morning break; packed lunches for Saturday excursion and Sunday mid-course.
- Free use of internet, WiFi, swimming pool, bikes, sports facilities.
"Le monastère de Ségriès" has been awarded 3 "corn cobs", by the "Gîtes de France", which guarantees a high standard of accommodation and food.

2 weeks courses start on Monday at 9 a.m. and end Friday at 16 p.m.
For all individual arrivals by plane or train, it is preferable to arrive on Sunday evening and to leave on Saturday morning. Supplement accommodation see above. Transfer see below.

ARRIVALS–DEPARTURES- GROUP-TRANSFER to and fro AIX-EN-PROVENCE/MARSEILLE
Before course :
Transfer from Aix-TGV station (°) and airport Marseille on Sundays (price: 40 €)
- Marseille airport (Marignane) : 17h45 (do not book any flight landing after 17h)
- Aix- TGV (°): 18h15 (do not book any train arriving after 18h)

After course :
Transfer to Aix TGV station and Marseille airport (price: 40 €)
Arrival at airport and station on Saturday at 10 a.m.(Please, do not book any flight leaving before 11.30 a.m.)
(°) Aix-TGV is the TGV-station 18 km outside the city of Aix-en-Provence.
There are regular coaches between the city and Aix-TGV.
